Breakfast - Bowl of BranFlakes with fruit and an apple

Late Lunch/Early dinner - Chicken and Bacon sandwich with salad and chips. (not the healthiest but was the healthiest thing I could find on the menu as I was out. Was on brown break too!)

Snacks - 2 Fresh Oranges
