Day 4

Weigh in:

For breakfast - Bowl of Branflakes with fruit

For lunch - Bacon Carbonara pasta with a side of salad:


Ok today I done a little shopping:

…and this turned into:

Which has made dinner for the next 3 days! I know the bacon isnt the most healthy thing but I’m a big guy! I need meat!! It was cooked in low fat olive oil and stuff.


Snacks: small bowl of just salad, no meat.
